Ables Springs Solar + Storage Project
Ables Springs is a 150 MW solar + 100 MW battery storage project that will provide sustainable, affordable energy, create jobs and benefit the local economy in Kaufman County, Texas.
There are a few key ways the Ables Springs Solar Project will generate benefits for Kaufman County:
- The Ables Springs Solar Project is estimated to provide millions in local tax revenue
- The project will create jobs in Kaufman County during and after construction through facility maintenance
- The project will generate zero polluting emissions, protect local habitats and promote clean air and water
- Solar is considered low-impact land use and will not harm surrounding farmland
Our team collaborates with local community members and officials on every project to help generate value for everyone involved. Your input is valued and encouraged. Please don’t hesitate to contact Project Developer Clark Bixler with any questions about the project.
