Matthew Pagan is responsible for all aspects of wind energy development and project management, including land acquisition, title curative, design and engineering, environmental and permitting, and community development. He is currently part of a team of development managers, implementing commercial strategy projects throughout the western United States.
Based in Portland, Ore., he has worked in utility-scale project development for more than a year with experience in Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington. Prior to joining Enel, Matthew worked at the ENGIE international headquarters where he helped to develop the global strategy for the company.
He holds an MBA from EDHEC Business School and a BS in Communications from University of North Florida. Matthew has previously worked in Colorado for many years and looks forward to giving back to local communities through the opportunities derived from the renewable industry.
