High Chaparral is a 152 MW solar project that will provide sustainable, affordable energy and have a positive economic impact on Brazoria County, Texas.
- The High Chaparral Project is expected to provide approximately $20 million in local tax revenue that can be used to fund schools and infrastructure, thus directly benefiting the community
- The project will create local jobs during and after construction through facility maintenance
- The project will generate zero polluting emissions, protect local habitats, and promote clean air and water
- Solar energy is considered low impact in terms of land use and will not harm surrounding farmland

Celeste Doll
Celeste Doll is responsible for all aspects of solar energy development and project management, including land acquisition, title curative, design and engineering, environmental and permitting, and community development at Brush Country Solar. She is currently part of a team of development managers, implementing commercial strategy projects throughout Texas.
Celeste holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Renewable Energy from Texas Tech University. Following graduation, she worked on the construction side of renewable energy projects overseeing component deliveries and quality assurance. Celeste then joined Enel and has been on the development team for over two years. Being born and raised in Texas, Celeste enjoys the ability to give back to local communities through the opportunities generated from renewables.
