Scaling up sustainability in the Sooner State
Located in Murray and Carter counties in Oklahoma, the Rockhaven wind project includes 49 turbines that are expected to generate 616 GWh of energy each year, enough to avoid over 359,000 tons of CO2 emissions annually. It is adjacent to the Origin wind farm which Enel Green Power has operated since 2015.

Our Corporate Partners
The Rockhaven wind project is supporting Wellington Management through a virtual PPA where the investment management company will purchase the electricity delivered to the grid from an 11 MW portion of the project. The clean energy contracted for Wellington Management is expected to equal or exceed the electricity needs for all their US corporate offices as well as residential electricity usage of more than 2,200 employees in the US.
Community Impact
Enel Green Power is committed to creating long-term shared value and opportunities for rural economic development and long-term sustainability in its host communities. In partnership with Total Beverage and Total Environment, two full pallets of drinking water were donated to the nearby Ratliff and Lone Grove communities when they lost electricity and water for days due to a winter storm. Enel Green Power gave $22,000 in support to the Hennepin Fire Department to purchase PPE and wildland firefighting gear, ensuring local first responders have the equipment they need to protect both our employees and the community at large. Enel Green Power also provided much-needed masks and hand sanitizer to the Ratliff Senior Citizen Center.
A sustainable construction process
Enel Green Power is committed to a sustainable worksite model and creating shared value model (CSV). When we build projects, we monitor sustainability performance for energy, waste and water management, and the economic impact on the local community. We utilize innovative tools and construction techniques in order to ensure that the highest safety standards are met, both in the construction and management stages.
Furthermore, Enel Green Power has implemented enhanced safety measures at its power plants during the Covid-19 pandemic to keep its workforce safe and to ensure continued support to homes, businesses and critical services in the communities where it operates.

Digital Initiatives
We used innovative tools and techniques in building wind projects that include construction machinery equipped with active safety systems, smart tracking of turbine components, advanced digital platforms, and tablet software solutions to monitor and remotely support site activities, as well as plant commissioning. These processes and tools enable swifter, more accurate, and reliable data collection, improving the quality of construction and facilitating communication between on-site and off-site teams.
