Sam Judd

Project Developer

Sam Judd is responsible for all aspects of renewable energy project development and is part of the team working in the Northeast. He oversees the entire development process, from site origination, grid interconnection, project diligence, permitting, and community engagement. 

Sam has been in renewable energy development for more than eight years and with Enel Green Power since 2021. He is currently focused on utility-scale solar and battery storage development and strives to build close ties with local communities during the development process.  

Sam holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.
